this is a collection of essays, short and long, that are usually spun on a whim in the private messages i send over discord, scribbled into the pages of the physical pocket notebook i carry with me at all times, or written on a onenote page at three in the morning. while not all of them are about genshin specifically, all of them are fannishly-natured in some way, drawn from my observations as someone involved in fandom as a subculture since 2015, as well as just extensive research i have done about!
