naming shorthands
most of these are ship names, since that was my original intent when coming up with these, but like, there are a couple non-ship names on here too.
i like it when blogs are well-tagged, but for some reason, i chose to shorthand literally everything i tagged on the tumblr blog. this is technically just an import of that tag list LOL. still, i use pretty much all these shorthands regularly (aside from 'xvn' for 'xiaoven'– i still only shorthand that to 'xv'), so it's probably a good idea to have them all written out clearly somewhere.

[1] — i know that the people making genshin changed to the name "hoyoverse", but i'm just so habituated to calling them "mhy" that that tends to be my default shorthand. sometimes we'll also call them 'hoyo' or 'hyv', though.

[2] — on the blog, it says znc is shorthand for "chili" and merely derived from "zhongchi". this is because i was under the impression that "chili" was, like, the "neutral" ship name, like how 'xiaoven' is the "neutral" ship name that just generally refers to the relationship btwn xiao n venti, regardless of which one tops or w/e.
however, through a series of Wacky Hijinks™ (someone actually tracked down my regular fandom blog n became my friend lol (hi artemis)), i have learned more abt the Nuances™ of the zhongli x childe shippers, and have learned that "chili" is not, in fact, the neutral ship name, and that if there is one, it would be "zhongchi" instead.

(tbh, the main reason i chose to shorthand from 'zhongchi' rather than 'tartali' is bc i thought 'ttl' would look really stupid. i don't actually have opinions on zhongchi vs. tartali.)
